Theaterhotel & Suites Wien

We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was perfect and very clean and the beds were comfy. Most of all I appreciated the staff and their fantastic support, Miloš at the reception was so kind to lend me a jacket since my coat was stolen on New Year's Eve and, thanks to his kind gesture, I could enjoy the night out with my family. We will be back for sure when visiting Vienna again for a longer stay.

Really is a very nice hotel located in a great neighbourhood of Vienna. Good public transport connections - although the hotel is within walking distance of most of the major attractions of the historical town centre so you only really need the public transport to get to and from main station or to visit sites a little further out. Plenty of good cafes and dining options also within walking distance. The theatre next door is lovely and I took the opportunity to go see a play there. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. I also liked the theatre-themed decoration and furnishings of the room. I was super happy the whole time - really felt at home during my week there and I will aim to book here again for my next stay in Vienna.

The staff everywhere, but especially at the reception were always extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like we are at a friend's home. Our room was warm and cozy, clean, spacious, renovated. The location is really good, close to the main Christmas market (Rathausplatz), and the Hofburg and main museums, yet in a cute traditional neighborhood that makes you feel a local. Bonus round? The pool table near the lobby :-)

Historic structure next to the city prose theater recently renovated in a style similar to the rooms of the theater (hference the name). We had a cozy family room with modern amenities. Good international style breakfast. Beautiful indoor gym with top equipment. Location not very central but very well served by public transport (the tram passes in front) and restaurants in the area of all kinds. Safe city area also for evening walks.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk to the rathaus, and about 10mins walk from the historic centre or the museum's quarter. There is a tram stop just 1 minute away and trams pass every few minutes. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy, we were upgraded to a superior standard room. There was a lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were super helpful.
